Nana Sylvia Charles has lived in her rent-controlled New York apartment for years, much to the chagrin of her landlord Gil. For the last few years, she’s managed to hide the illegal boutique in her apartment, selling handmade naughty knickers to every senior citizen in the five-borough area, from everyone but her customers.

But her granddaughter and future law student, Bridget, discovers the side-hustle, and a hilarious chain of events occurs as a mixup in the delivery of stock occurs and Bridget tries to hide the enterprise from the landlord and her hapless but infatuated friend, Tom, the cop. Will her nana get arrested – or worse – evicted?
