Love Never Dies Celebrates 100 shows in Melbourne
As Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Love Never Dies draws to a close in London, the Melbourne company celebrate 100 performances at the Regent Theatre.
As Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Love Never Dies draws to a close in London, the Melbourne company celebrate 100 performances at the Regent Theatre.
Simon Phillips and Gabriella Tylesova’s reworking of the Phantom Of The Opera sequel opened in Melbourne on 28 May this year. AussieTheatre.com is excited to announce that the showis set to remain at the Regent until December 18 before transferring to Sydney’s Capitol Theatre in January. An opening date for Sydney has not yet been confirmed.
Cast and crew celebrated onstage before the show with a special themed carnival cake and will attend a function this evening after the 100th performance.
AussieTheatre.com understands that the upcoming DVD of Love Never Dies will be recorded on September 15 during the performance that evening.
